For dear Lower Mainland customers, we are happy to offer local pickup service!

Pickup Procedure

Your order will be processed and ready for pick-up by the next weekday (Monday to Friday) after 4:30 p.m.

The pickup location is open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. every day.

Please show the cashier your confirmation email, and cashier will assist on your order pickup. 

Your order will be held at pickup location for up to two months. Please pick up your order as soon as possible. Thanks!

Processing Time

We process all orders within two business days after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t process orders on holidays or weekends. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (PDT) may be processed the next business day, and orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

Delivery Procedure

Your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 days after your order payment has been received. We will notify you through SMS or Email once we set out the delivery time. 

Delivery time will usually be 1:00-8:00 PM every Tuesday and Friday. We will notify you if we set out another delivery time. If you need delivery service other than these time slots, please contact us by email at canada_yobaby@outlook.com, or by WeChat at yobabycanada1, within 1 hour after you place your order.

We will send you emails once your order has been out for delivery and been delivered.
